Dear friends and clients:
I am happy to report that my surgery, although quite extensive, went very well. So far all the pathology is clear and I will not need to have any chemotherapy at this time.
It is now 6 weeks since my surgery. I am feeling a little better every day but still have a way to go before I can get back to work.
I am beginning to answer e-mails and will start getting in touch with all clients with outstanding orders so that we can set a delivery schedule.
I also anticipate opening up orders for Rosewood Tuner Buttons around the end of this month....hopefully..
Thanks to all my clients and friends for the thoughts, prayers and patience.
Bill

Dear friends and clients:
I would like to share the following update regarding my health and its effect on my business:
Recently, I was diagnosed with bladder cancer, and as a result I will be undergoing surgery on January 26th at Johns Hopkins University Hospital. Following the surgery, I expect a 7-10 day hospital stay, followed by at least 6-10 weeks of recovery time.
During my recovery, I will be responding to emails and will continue to work with clients in designing custom inlay work. I anticipate being able to return to the workshop and resume filling orders by the end of March.
In February, I will be contacting all clients with outstanding orders to re-assess the status of those orders and the expected delivery date.
Thanks for your support and understanding, and especially for your thoughts and prayers.
Bill
